Shanfoodsl.ca reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout of the decision made by shan foods to cancel your order. Should your order be cancelled, Shan foods will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, Shan foods will return all monies exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done everyday after at agreed times with Shipping companies , except Week-Ends and Holidays Shanfoods on line store uses various courier companies and. Shan Foods is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 2 to 3 business days.
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond shanfoods or its shipping partners’s control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All products selected in the Canada Online store will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Taxes on non food items may be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason
Shan Foods does not support the comments or opinions of reviewers and assumes no responsibility or liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Shan Foods reviews are moderated for appropriateness. Visitors may post reviews and comments so long as the content does not violate the Product Review Guidelines. Shan Foods reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit reviews, and regularly reviews posted content. If you do post a review, you grant Shan Foods a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such contest throughout the world in any media. Shan Foods boards purchased via the on line store can be returned to Shan Foods within 30 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. If the product purchased from Shanfoods.ca Online Store received is DOA (Dead on Arrival)*, a replacement would be sent. Shanfoods.a Online Store policy notes replacement for a DOA product is subject to availability.
