Before coming across @shanfoodsglobal ginger and garlic paste, every month i spent time and blitz ginger and garlic in the blender and put them into ice cube trays ready to use for my cooking, but since i have found shans garlic and ginger paste, life is a lot easier and less time is wasted because all i have to do is whip it out of my fridge. Shan ginger and garlic paste adds the most perfect flavor to each dish and i love how its just simply waiting in my fridge for me.
